UFSIN OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION OF THE MURMANSK REGION CONTINUES ANTI-EPIDEMIOLOGICAL MEASURES TO PREVENT A NEW CORONAVIRUS INFECTION

In UFSIN of the Russian Federation of the Murmansk region continues a set of anti-epidemiological measures to prevent a new coronavirus infection.

In order to prevent the incidence of the new coronavirus infection among suspects, accused, convicts and employees of the penitentiary system in all units of UFSIN of the Russian Federation of the Murmansk region is being implemented a set of sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures.

Long visits

Long visits are provided in all institutions of UFSIN.

Long visits are carried out in compliance with certain sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures.

They are provided in accordance with the schedules approved by the heads of institutions, taking into account the occupancy of long-term visits not more than 1/2 of the number of all rooms in the institution.

Visits shall be allowed only in the presence and use of personal protective equipment (medical masks and disposable gloves).

All visitors arriving for a long visit in the institutions of UFSIN must submit the original stamped certificate with a negative result of the test for COVID-19, handed in no more than 48 hours before the long-term visitation, as well as a valid QR - code.

Children under the age of 18 are admitted to extended visits strictly in the presence of an original certificate of PCR-testing negative for COVID-19, given no more than 48 hours before the entrance to the extended visit.

At the entrance to the visitation, an entry control of the health of relatives with measurement of body temperature is organized. Visitors with elevated body temperature and visible signs of acute respiratory disease are strictly forbidden to be admitted to the facilities of UFSIN.

Short-term visits

Short-term visits are allowed in all institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation of the Murmansk region, observing sanitary-epidemiological (preventive) measures. Visits are provided by appointment through an online system.

Short-term visits take place in the premises of short-term visitation rooms equipped with a protective screen. The availability of personal protective equipment (medical masks, disposable gloves) is mandatory for all visitation participants.

Upon admission to the visit, the staff performs an entry control of the health of the citizens with measuring the body temperature. Persons with visible signs of respiratory disease and/or with increased body temperature are not allowed to visit convicts and untried persons.

Receipt of parcels and packages

Parcels and packages are accepted in all institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation of the Murmansk region.

Due to the need to comply with sanitary-epidemiological (preventive) measures, including the presence in the premises of a limited number of citizens, acceptance of parcels is carried out in accordance with the schedule by appointment through an online system.

Reception of visitors is carried out in equipped rooms for receiving parcels and packages in the presence of all participants with personal protective equipment (medical masks, disposable gloves).

Acceptance of things and items is carried out only in the manufacturer's packaging (factory or factory-made). Reception of food - only in the manufacturer's packaging (factory or factory with indication of expiration dates and temperature storage mode), subject to wet treatment with disinfectants recommended for viral infections. It is forbidden to accept food in bulk and bulk products without packaging.

Sanitary and epidemiological situation in the facilities of UFSIN of the Russian Federation of the Murmansk region is stable. Constant monitoring and control of the epidemiological situation is organized.

We ask relatives of persons held in the institutions of the penal system of the Murmansk region to treat with understanding the temporary sanitary and epidemiological restrictions.
