RESTRICTIVE MEASURES CONTINUE IN THE UFSIN OF RUSSIA IN THE MOSCOW REGION

According to the decree of the chief state sanitary doctor - head of the branch "Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance" FKUZ MSCH-50 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia dated 29 June, 2021 No. 44 "On the introduction of additional sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures aimed at preventing the emergence and spread of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) "in the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Moscow Region, a complex of sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures is being implemented.

The personal reception of citizens has been temporarily suspended, applications and appeals can be sent in writing by mail or using the electronic resource "Internet reception", as well as through special portable boxes for receiving correspondence installed in structural divisions and the Office.

In subordinate institutions, restrictions have been introduced in terms of holding mass cultural, sports and other events.

The provision of short-term visits to suspects, accused and convicted persons with defenders, lawyers and other persons entitled to provide legal assistance, as well as with relatives is carried out in the premises of investigation rooms and rooms for short-term visits through glass, using personal protective equipment (respiratory protection masks, gloves).

The reception of parcels in institutions is carried out according to the schedule of the reception room, but with the obligatory observance of additional sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures (observance of social distance, use of personal protective equipment).

In the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service, entrance control is organized with compulsory thermometry. It is strictly forbidden to admit visitors with an elevated body temperature and signs of SARS, as well as without personal protective equipment (masks / gloves)

It is also prohibited to hold long visits in all divisions of the Federal Penitentiary Service until further notice.

The sanitary and epidemiological situation in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Moscow Region is stable and is under constant control.

We ask the relatives of the suspects, the accused, and the convicted to treat the introduction of restrictive measures with understanding.
